Terms and Conditions — Wellness Chatbot VIP Alpha

These Terms govern participation in the wellness chatbot alpha testing program (“Program”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation is limited to up to 20 VIP customers selected for early access. Invitations are non-transferable.

2. Nature of Service

This chatbot offers general wellness information and conversation support. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified health provider regarding any medical concerns.

3. Program Purpose

The alpha Program is designed to gather early feedback to help us refine user experience, performance, and content quality.  

4. Data Handling and Privacy

By participating, you understand that your chat interactions and usage data will be securely collected only to improve the product.  

• Data will not be used for advertising or shared with third parties.  

• Feedback may be analyzed internally but anonymized before use in any publications, reports, or updates.

5. Confidentiality

You agree not to publicly disclose or distribute screenshots, transcripts, or performance details of the alpha Service without written permission.  

6. Limitations and Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and may contain defects or incomplete features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of responses.  

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue access to any participant at any time for quality, security, or testing purposes.
